Buying from OnCall IT - We buy computers and equipment to order and do not carry stock as a general rule. Items listed on this site are at the time of listing available in good quantities from our wholesalers. The goods are sold in an "as is" state from our supplier. If you would like the machine ready to use the moment you get it home then we provide a set-up service, a data transfer service and a delivery and installation service for the greater Christchurch area.
The reason we buy to order is that this is the only way to ensure that you get the latest and most up-to-date machine. Retail stores can have stock that is 3 - 6 months old and in the computer world this is a long time.
Set-up - involves us installing the operating system, registering and updating it. We also install anti virus, anti spyware, CCleaner, Open Office, and 18 other free software packages. For this service please add $50.00.
Data Transfer - to transfer data, emails, address book and files from your old machine. For this service please add $50.00.
Delivery & Installation - within greater Christchurch area please add $50.00.
Deposit & Payment - A non refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of order for all computers or full payment which ever is easier for you. Payment is required at the time of delivery or pick up. Credit Card payments are only accepted through Paymate online.

Pricing - Prices are subject to change, are rounded to next dollar and include GST. Where a price change occurs between you placing your order and us obtaining the product for you we will advise you and give you the option to cancel the order.
